This website

The cutting plan, spec guide and weave library run entirely in your browser. What you type into the cutting plan stays on your device and is never sent to us. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The contact links open your own phone, messages or email app. Cloudflare, our host, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security.

What we hold when you work with us

• Your details: name, business name if any, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, and the workroom's address if fabric goes there.
• Your brief: photos of the piece, measurements, cut lists, the look you asked for and any spec requirements.
• Orders: the fabrics sampled and ordered, quotes, invoices, cutting approvals and correspondence.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor or your bank; we don't see or store full card numbers.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to do the job: the supplier, who receives the delivery name and address so they can ship to you or your workroom; the carrier; our payment processor for invoices; our email provider for correspondence; and Cloudflare for this website. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. If you're a designer, we don't contact your client.

How long we keep it

• Order records and invoices: as long as tax law requires, currently seven years.
• Briefs, photos and correspondence for orders: three years after the last order, so that a re-order can match the lot and the spec.
• Enquiries that don't become orders: up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We reply within 30 days. We may need to keep records that tax law requires.

Children

Our service is for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top and tell customers with an open order by email.
